Change the Windows system colors. Microsoft spent a great deal of time and money developing this specific color theme.

CHANGE WINDOWS XP TO WINDOWS VISTA COLORS

1. From the Control Panel double-click Display
2. From the Appearance Tab click-on the Advanced button
3. From the Items pull-down menu select & change the color values below
4. Repeat for all colors below
5. Click OK twice
